created for a rp group. i really wanted a character that associated with water and blue/cool colors since i didnt have any at the time.

she hasnt had much purpose since the rp group but i still love drawing her. she's still pretty much the same. just seems to get a little bit crazier the more i bring her up. she wasnt meant to be a psycho but here we are LOL. she still has her tails but only 2-4 cause im lazy to draw the original 6
